“Thank you for introducing the Oscar Mason Young Ladies Association (OMYLA) girls to STEM, it was a great experience for the girls because many of them were not familiar with STEM. One of the OMYLA girls, Airale said,

“It was a great experience we learned about Binary, Hexadecimals, Electrical Circuits, even did some coding in HTML on an online simulator”.

Airale will be attending University of Alabama in the fall and majoring in engineering.”

“The question that I got asked today if you was going to coming back this year to do STEM with the kids. Another child asked what she was talking about, and Aubreyanna told the other kids all about the the different types of activities that you did with them. I’m so glad that we were able to get together to make STEM simple and fun to kids by just using ordinary items to create amazing projects that can be used over time. All time favorite activity was the coding activity, maybe it was because the kids were able to make a bracelet using coding and their names.
